AzVision.az reports citing the Azerbaijani Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB), that the symptoms of monkeypox can be manifested by headaches, raised rashes on any part of the body, high fever, inflammation and pain in the rectum, swelling in the lymph nodes, and mainly back pain.
"If you think you have been infected with monkeypox, contact your doctor. Then get tested for monkeypox as recommended by your doctor. To protect yourself from monkeypox, wash your hands often with soap and use disinfectants. Avoid communication with people with whom you feel the symptoms of the disease, keep a physical distance between them," the TABIB said.
